Medtronic seeks a Medical Affairs Senior Program Manager to lead strategic medical initiatives across global and regional teams, shaping clinical practice and improving patient outcomes. You will manage cross-functional programs, translate scientific insights into actionable plans, and collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, and Health Economics while traveling internationally (>60%).

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or related field.
Significant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences.
Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management, risk management, and execution skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in developing and tracking KPIs and reporting to leadership.
Willingness to travel internationally (>60%).

Mansioni

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Medical Affairs programs and strategic initiatives.
Partner with Medical Affairs leaders to translate scientific and business objectives into actionable plans.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Develop and maintain program timelines, risk plans, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Support evidence generation, scientific communication, publication planning, and educational activities.
Facilitate governance, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making across teams.
Identify opportunities to improve Medical Affairs processes and tools.
