MSC Technology Italia S.r.l. is seeking a Logistic IT Business Analyst to drive international digital transformation in Supply Chain platforms, bringing hands-on ERP/WMS/TMS experience and strong process knowledge.
You will work across multiple countries, collaborating with Operations and IT, contributing to design, configuration, testing, and UAT, and supporting go-live while applying Agile methodologies.
Competenze
- Strong business process knowledge with ERP/WMS/TMS implementation experience.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex international environments.
- Experience translating business requirements into functional/technical specs.
Mansioni
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Transportation processes.
- Support international roll-outs of WMS, TMS, and Supply Chain platforms.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Contribute to solution design, system configuration, integration activities, and testing phases.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and warehouse operations.
- Operate within Agile delivery frameworks and cross-functional international teams.
- Provide functional support, training, and post-implementation assistance to end users.
- Ensure alignment with corporate governance, standards, and best practices.
