A reputable global firm is seeking an Entry Level Global Legal Affairs Support Advisor in Genoa, Italy. The ideal candidate should have a Master's Degree, a minimum of 1-3 years in law, and strong knowledge of corporate law and contract management. Global Legal Affairs Support Advisor - Maternity leave

RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Legal Affairs Support Advisor - Maternity leave to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the RINA Group Legal Affairs & Board Liaison Division.

Mission

The Legal Counsel provides strategic legal advice, manages legal risks, and ensures compliance with laws and regulations, thereby supporting RINA global operations and business objectives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Insurance Contracts: Maintain relationships with brokers and manage insurance requests for the Group Companies.
  • Corporate Governance: Organize shareholders and board meetings and draft relevant minutes for the foreign subsidiaries of the group.
  • Provide legal assistance to the foreign subsidiaries of the group, with the support of external advisors where necessary.
  • Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners; ensure that contractual terms are legally sound and protect the company's interests.
  • Legal Research: Conduct legal research on relevant topics, including regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices; analyze legal issues and provide recommendations to management as needed.
Education

Master’s Degree

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience practicing law, preferably with experience in a global company or law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, contracts and insurance management.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Experience in managing and supervising legal matters across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; French and Spanish are a plus.
