Global IT Specialist – Order to Cash (SAP SD), reporting to the Global IT Manager Business Partner Supply Chain, is a member of the Global IT Team dedicated to the Supply Chain functional area. As a key member of the Global IT Supply Chain team, the Global IT Specialist plays a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing IT capabilities that support Logistics, Customer Service & Procurement operations across the Group, by managing system enhancements, and providing technical expertise for projects. The role involves working on Logistics, Customer Service and Procurement solutions design, API and EDI integrations and delivering high‑quality testing and documentation.
This role involves close collaboration with global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure that IT initiatives align with business goals, deliver measurable value, and foster innovation.
