Job summary

Fedrigoni Group seeks a Cyber Security professional to lead and coordinate IT and OT security initiatives across the Group. You will work with IT, business units and suppliers to implement secure architectures, risk assessments and security by design in projects.

You will design, implement and monitor security controls, report KPIs and KRIs to management, and stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and certifications to strengthen the organization’s defense.

Qualifications

• :+4 years of experience in Cyber Security in international environments or consulting firms.
• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or Engineering.
• Experience with security by design, secure architectures and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with security frameworks: NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, ISO 22301.

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program.
• Drive high priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to delivery, coordinating with IT, other functions, and suppliers.
• Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud environments.
• Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify risks.
• Create and deliver security reports with KPIs and KRIs to management.
• Collaborate with IT and Business to ensure security by design in new projects.
• Communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
