Bolton in Milan seeks a Group IT Security Manager to translate the security strategy into effective architectures and controls. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with IT and security partners to reduce risk and support business transformation.

You will oversee Zero Trust architecture, SOC effectiveness, security remediation, and platform standards, reporting progress and ensuring secure adoption across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 5 years in IT/Cyber Security with senior responsibility for technical initiatives or services.
• Hands-on SIEM/EDR, managed SOC and incident-response experience.
• Experience securing cloud, identity, endpoints and networks; Zero Trust.
• Ability to coordinate IT teams and providers across global scale.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Zero Trust and secure-access initiatives from design to rollout.
• Govern the managed SOC service; improve detection and incident response.
• Assess IT services, prioritize vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation.
• Evolve SIEM/EDR, secure-access and password-management platforms; maintain technical standards.
• Lead security initiatives, track delivery and report on coverage and progress.
