A global spirits company located in Sesto San Giovanni is seeking a Global IT Manager Intelligent Automation responsible for managing automation projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in intelligent automation and a strong technical background in AI technologies. This role drives efficiency and process improvement through automation solutions and requires international travel availability.

Campari IT is organized around Global & Regional/Local layers, the Enterprise Architecture (EAT), Platforms (SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Data), the Global Service Delivery Team, Governance and PMO, Business Development and five Center of Expertise (CoE) – Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & HR (Back Office).
The Global IT Manager Intelligent Automation is responsible for overseeing and managing all the IT aspects of business processes automation projects from inception to completion using tools such as Low Code Automation Platform, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
The role is a key component of the Campari Group ONE IT organization, cooperating with Global, Regional and Local IT team Members. Innovation and problem solving are key, along with ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working and commitment. The role will also be one of the pivotal roles with the mission of fostering experimentation and adoption of AI in the Company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial scope definition to delivery, ensuring that each project meets its agreed objectives, timescales and budget.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in automation and AI technology, excellent leadership skills, stakeholder management attitude and the ability to manage and motivate a team of automation professionals. The Global IT Manager Intelligent Automation will report to Global IT Director Enterprise Architecture, Data & Automation Technologies member of the IT Leadership Team.
The role is focused on managing Automation technology to support the initiatives for streamlining operational activities creating efficiency and improving process and user experience.
Campari has undertaken a long-term transformation program for Business Process automation and simplification with a strong partnership of the IT and Global Business Service (GBS) functions that will ensure the process improvement supported by AI and Automation technology.
The role is also pivotal to accelerate the adoption and the governance of AI technology (especially GenAI) in collaboration with the AI Advisory Hub.
Availability to travel internationally if needed.
