Costa is seeking an IT Audit Manager in Genoa to strengthen governance, security, and effectiveness of the technology ecosystem. Lead IT risk assessment, controls, and partnering with stakeholders to enable growth while ensuring compliance and resilience.

You will work with the RAAS department and Carnival Corporation Internal Audit, traveling domestically and internationally as needed to assess risks across ships and shoreside operations.

Competenze

• 6–10 years of IT Audit/IT Risk Management/IT Compliance experience in multinational, consulting, or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, risk management frameworks, internal controls, and information security principles.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent, plus a degree in IT/CS/Accounting or related field.
