GPQSS is seeking an Internal Audit & Certification Manager to lead the global audit and certification agenda, managing global teams and ensuring timely closure of nonconformities. You will own the audit plan, drive continuous improvement, and oversee external certification processes with third-party bodies while maintaining strong governance across the organization.

We require 10+ years in quality/auditing with senior stakeholder communication, and professional fluency in English.

Competenze

• Ten+ years in quality, auditing, certification, or QMS leadership.
• Auditor experience with a recognized body preferred (e.g., Bureau Veritas).
• Solid knowledge of Standards, audit methodologies, certification requirements, and QMS.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate about 60 audits per year globally.
• Own the global audit plan, including planning, prioritization, execution oversight and reporting.
• Manage global certifications and maintain relationships with stakeholders including Hitachi Energy and the group.
• Train and develop internal auditors to strengthen audit quality.
• Ensure audit findings and nonconformities are tracked, assigned, and closed on time.
