As Innovation Director you will lead the full innovation lifecycle from white‑space ideation to product launch, ensuring every new concept aligns with real consumer insights and delivers strong commercial results.

Role Highlights
  • Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, grounded in data, insight and storytelling.
  • Create clear project briefs defining design, pricing, packaging, and commercial metrics.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and co‑manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Own and manage project budgets and P&L, ensuring scalability and profitability.
  • Present proposals and progress updates to the Board, influencing future innovation strategy.
You Will Need
  • Proven success leading end‑to‑end innovation within FMCG in the food industry.
  • Expertise in shaping white‑space opportunities, not just managing NPD timelines.
