This role demands a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields and 8+ years of HSE experience. Candidates should excel in risk assessment and possess influencing skills are essential. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HSE standards, driving initiatives, and providing training across departments. This position promotes a strong HSE culture and effective collaboration to enhance safety outcomes.

Competenze

• 8+ years' experience in HSE roles.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, management systems, process improvement, MOC, auditing and incident investigation.
• Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.
