ABB is seeking a Global HR Projects Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives across the Service Division. You will partner with regional and global HR leaders to design, implement, and deliver programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and talent excellence.

This global role reports to the HR Business Partner and supports three regions: Europe, MEA, Asia, and the Americas. You will oversee end-to-end project leadership, engage senior leaders, manage risks, and develop communication

Competenze

• Degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field with 5+ years of HR experience and project management expertise.
• Experience managing talent programs or HR transformation projects in international companies.
• Ability to network with senior leaders and present to executives.
• Fluent in English and able to work across global regions.

This position reports to: HR Business Partner

Location: Global, with preference for European time zone

As a Global HR Projects Manager, you will lead the execution of strategic HR initiatives and projects across the Service Division, Electrification, in alignment with business strategy as well as group guidance, policies and procedures. You will partner with Regional HR Business Partners across three regions (Europe, Middle East and Africa; Asia; and Americas) and Global HR Business Partners to design, implement and deliver impactful HR programs that drive organizational effectiveness and talent excellence.

Your responsibilities

• Design and lead end-to-end HR projects and programs, translating business requirements into actionable project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics
• Engage and influence business leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project vision, scope, and deliverables
• Oversee program management across three global regions, coordinating with Regional HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and successful implementation
• Lead the design and execution of early talent initiatives and programs, development and learning activities that support organizational needs and career progression
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks; track progress against defined KPIs and proactively address barriers to successful execution
• Develop and maintain communication strategies to keep all parties informed; serve as trusted advisors to business leaders and other stakeholders
• Collect feedback, analyze programs and project effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to optimize HR processes and employee experience
• Create project documentation, establish templates, and capture best practices for knowledge sharing and organizational learning

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field with 5+ years of HR experience, including demonstrated project management expertise
• Proven experience managing talent programs, internship/trainee initiatives, or HR transformation projects in international companies
• Strong end-to-end process thinking with proficiency in project management
• Demonstrated ability to network with and influence senior business and HR leaders; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders
• Exceptional communicator with strong customer service orientation, self-driven, resilient, energetic, and inclusive leadership style
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across multiple regions
• Fluent in English
