In this role, you will oversee global HR projects, manage project portfolios, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate has strong project management certifications and experience in leading global programs. You will establish best practices, coach project managers, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project execution.

• Experience in managing large-scale projects and portfolios.
• Ability to establish best practices for project management methodologies.
• Capability to understand business needs and translate into effective project plans.

Mansioni

• Manage HR project portfolio including intake, prioritization, and budget oversight.
• Lead and coach HR project managers through planning and execution.
