Ergomed Group is seeking a Global HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy across international regions in pharmacovigilance and safety. You will partner with senior PV leadership to build teams, culture and capability while shaping HR practices that impact patient safety outcomes.

You will thrive in a complex, matrixed environment, working across time zones and cultures, turning people data into strategic actions and ensuring alignment with global policies.

Competenze

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple countries.
• CRO or pharmaceutical experience is required; PV experience preferred.
• A degree or HR qualification (BA/BSc level).
• Genuine comfort operating across time zones, cultures, and regional nuance.
• Experience across workforce planning, organisation design, talent, leadership development, engagement and change.
• A data-driven and commercially minded approach, with the ability to turn people insights into action.
