Alfasigma, a global healthcare company headquartered in Bologna, seeks a leader to drive the Global Facility & EHS Transformation. You will design governance, KPIs and dashboards, oversee CMMS deployment, and lead change across sites to enhance asset performance and safety culture.

The role requires strong experience in facility management, CAPEX planning, and data-driven decision making, with fluent English and excellent communication skills, based in Italy.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA or Facility Management preferred.
• Strong governance, KPI design, dashboard development, and executive reporting experience.
• Experience with facility management, asset lifecycle, and CAPEX planning.
• Fluent English; excellent communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the Global Facility & EHS Transformation roadmap, aligning with objectives, timelines and benefits.
• Coordinate initiatives across sites and functions, monitor progress and dependencies.
• Harmonize maintenance and service management practices; CMMS deployment and metrics standardization.
• Develop performance management with KPIs, dashboards and reviews.
• Support global service delivery governance models using data analytics for decision-making.
• Monitor real estate and facility asset performance; support CAPEX prioritization.
• Lead change management to adopt new standards, processes, governance models and digital tools.
• Support deployment of global EHS standards, policies and safety culture.
• Prepare executive reports and strategic analyses for senior leadership.
