MBDA Italia, part of the MBDA Group, is seeking a highly capable Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and negotiation support for domestic and international commercial activities in a fast-paced defence environment. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial terms, coordinating with international stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Law degree and Italian Bar qualification required.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in international law or defence/international high-tech sectors.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and high-stakes negotiations.
• Strong English and Italian communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide specialist legal advice for domestic and international commercial activities.
• Draft and negotiate commercial terms, NDAs, MOUs, LOIs, and IP agreements.
• Support procurement programs and post-signature contract deployment.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and corporate policies; manage sensitive information.
