EssilorLuxottica in Lombardy seeks a Senior Data Privacy Specialist to define, implement and continuously improve the group’s data protection framework, focusing on tech-driven business models like MedTech, AI and connected devices. You’ll help deploy the privacy operating model and ensure auditable evidence across regions.

You will work in a global, cross-functional environment as a credible contact between Compliance, Legal, IT, HR, Internal Audit and Business teams, driving scalable

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Law, Business, Data Protection, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in data privacy, compliance or governance.
• Experience in multinational/matrix organizations with stakeholder coordination.
• Strong English, with French and Italian advantageous.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into operational, auditable solutions.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the design and deployment of data privacy policies and playbooks across regions.
• Support privacy operating model deployment and business privacy accountability.
• Monitor GDPR and local privacy laws, translate into internal controls and evidence.
• Lead privacy impact assessments and remediation actions with stakeholders.
• Act as privacy advisor on global projects including AI, MedTech and data migration.
