Vertiv is seeking a Supervisory Data Analytics role in Piove di Sacco, Italy. You will lead a team of data analysts across locations, owning the BI delivery chain from ETL pipelines in Snowflake to Power BI reporting.

The position requires hands‑on technical delivery and strong stakeholder management to align analytics with business needs. You will design data flows, enforce governance, mentor analysts, and support VoC efforts across regions.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, CS, Statistics, Economics).
5+ years in data analysis, BI development, or analytics roles.
Proven leadership or coordination experience within a team.
Advanced Power BI with complex data models and governance.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar warehouses.
Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data architecture basics.
Experience implementing data governance and access controls.

Mansioni

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts across locations and time zones.
Own BI delivery: ETL pipelines in Snowflake, Power BI datasets, reports and apps.
Define data access rules and ensure governance across BI outputs.
Coordinate VoC activities, translate results into insights for product and marketing.
Provide support for AI/ML initiatives and data readiness.
