IRCA Group is seeking a Customer Quality Specialist in Vergiate, Italy. This role involves managing customer complaints, overseeing non-conformity, and supporting the Quality and Food Safety Management System. Candidates should have a degree in Food Science, at least 1+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in both Italian and English. The position offers full-time hours with a contract under CCNL Alimentare Industria, inclusive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to manage quality-related activities and customer interactions.
• High level of accuracy, autonomy, and result orientation.

Mansioni

• Manage customer complaints end-to-end.
• Perform root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Oversee non-conformity management.
• Prepare clear and structured internal and customer-facing reports.
• Monitor, analyze, and regularly update customer complaint KPIs.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of HACCP principles

Understanding of food quality and safety requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented mindset

Proactive approach to customer relationship management

Proficiency in Italian

Formazione
