As Global Continuous Improvement (CI) Leader, you will be responsible for driving and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the Sidel organization. You will identify opportunities, implement process optimization strategies, and ensure best practices are shared and adopted across functions and regions.
Your Mission
- Drive and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement program for transactional processes for the regions/functional areas of competence, aligned with the Company's CI overall objectives and goals;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across transactional functions, such as sales, marketing, customer service, product management, supply chain, commercial functions, finance, and customer service.
- Constantly seek, share and implement best practices among all CI teams in all Sidel businesses of the Regions and segments of competence.
- Deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in transactional processes eliminating waste and guaranteeing reliable project implementation.
- Direct and oversee continuous improvement projects, ensuring effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Apply end to end transactional Lean methodologies and other process improvement techniques to analyze existing processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and develop improvement solutions.
- Drive the implementation of best practices and standardization initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource allocation;
- Provide Leadership, Guidance and Coaching.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting employee engagement, providing training opportunities, and recognizing and rewarding achievements.
Your Profile
- 5+ years’ business experience in a global/international company within CI, Opex, or Manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of leading significant change initiatives in large organizations, with focus on CI in transactional processes.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies across both manufacturing and transactional environments.
- Experience leading multiple large-scale international projects across geographies.
- Demonstrated success in Lean deployment and facilitation of Kaizen events (including remote).
- Ability to combine hands-on execution with strategic vision, engaging top leaders effectively.
- Strong coaching and change management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities, with strong communication skills at all levels.
- Solid overall business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- High organizational skills and proactive mindset, with ability to simplify and clarify complex problems.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across regions.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
