Global Consumer Experience Specialist (m/w/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Community Management and Consumer Experience: Grow and engage the brand’s social media community while monitoring trends and feedback. Provide insights, manage crises, and consumer service alignment and support.
• Content Management: Coordinate content creation with creators and partners, ensuring smooth workflows. Maintain asset libraries and review content for brand consistency and visual alignment.
• Offline Communication Support: Collaborate with market teams to plan and execute events and activations. Deliver toolkits and post-event insights to ensure consistent brand experiences.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Economics or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of Consumer Experience, Community Management or Communication
• Strong communication and social skills and a strategic mindset with a consumer-centric approach
• Trend-aware and proactive in identifying engagement strategies and digitally native with a strong understanding of online platforms and tools
• Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Global Mindset: Working in an international environment
