A leading EPC contractor in Milan is seeking an experienced HSE Manager responsible for monitoring the implementation of HSE policies on construction sites. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in the construction or oil & gas industry, alongside significant knowledge of OSHA regulations and a client-focused approach. The position requires strong leadership in safety training and compliance oversight.

Competenze

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction and Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
• Knowledge about OSHA construction regulations and lockout requirements.
• Client-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Monitor implementation of HSE Policy and Management System.
• Perform Job Hazardous Analysis (JHA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Organize and participate in HSE Training activities on site.
• Lead and coordinate the site emergency response team.
• Prepare Site HSE Statistics and monthly reports.
