Job summary

thyssenkrupp nucera Italy is seeking a Commercial Execution Manager reporting to the Head of Finance. You will support acquisition and contract execution, ensuring four-eyes principle in workflows and coordinating with Sales, Technical and Project Management across international projects.

You will oversee contract management, cost monitoring, financing and risk analysis, while ensuring successful financial execution of projects and strong collaboration with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics, law or engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in contract review and management in international project business.
• Willingness to lead cross-functional coordination across departments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Part of the Finance & Administration department and collaborate with Project Manager.
• Manage contracts and change control; support order invoicing and cost monitoring.
• Oversee financial execution activities: bank guarantees, letters of credit, financing, export credit insurance, insurance, etc.
• Monitor and control contract changes with customers, consortium partners and suppliers.
• Create and maintain concurrent costing and order-related reporting, including risk analyses.
