ICON plc is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager to lead global clinical project initiatives and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on objectives. You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder reporting to ensure quality outcomes aligned with the company’s mission.

You will mentor team members, apply industry best practices, and shape project strategy in a fast-paced healthcare environment with global reach and impact. Travel approximately 25% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience in project management leading pharma/biotech projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for strategy development.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
