Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. in Parma is seeking a Global Brand Planning Manager for Rare Disease to drive end-to-end planning and performance, balancing patient supply continuity with revenue delivery.

You will partner with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to translate demand into executable supply strategies, support IBP/S&OP processes, and manage risks to patient access. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with potential remote flexibility and a competitive salary package aligned to the

Competenze

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5–10 years pharma/biotech supply chain experience.
• Experience in IBP / S&OP.
• Exposure to global supply chains and CMO environments.
• Experience working with Commercial / Brand teams preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP IBP, OMP, Kinaxis.
• Leadership and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and patient-centric mindset.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain global supply plans aligned to forecasts while safeguarding patient supply.
• Translate demand signals into supply plans ensuring uninterrupted patient access and revenue realization.
• Partner with Brand Managers to align on demand assumptions, launches and growth scenarios.
• Identify and proactively manage risks to patient supply and revenue.
• Coordinate with Supply Execution, Manufacturing, and Logistics for plan feasibility and robustness.
• Support scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs prioritizing patient impact.
• Monitor KPIs including service level, inventory, revenue-at-risk.
• Support IBP / S&OP processes with clear patient and financial implications.
• Collaborate with BU Managers and Affiliates to ensure alignment between patient needs and market demand.
