Job summary

NextEnergy Group seeks an Asset Operations Analyst to ensure regulatory, contractual, and commercial compliance across a dedicated portfolio, collaborating with technical, finance, and ESG teams to keep assets compliant and profitable. This role supports WiseEnergy’s mission of clean energy transition.

The position requires English and Italian fluency, experience in contract management, and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset within a hybrid work setting in Milan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within renewable energy.
• Fluent English and Italian (mandatory); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong background in regulatory, property, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of commercial contracts (PPAs, SPAs, leases, EPC and O&M contracts, market representation agreements).
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from onboarding new sites to integrating key terms into our systems.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and licensing requirements.
• Prepare revenue budgets, forecasts, and support asset operating plans.
• Manage insurance renewals, claims, and landowner relationships.
• Support ESG compliance and reporting activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools.
