Job summary

Sirio is seeking AOG Technicians to join our AMO team in Milan. You will troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and return aircraft to service during planned and unscheduled maintenance, often working remotely and traveling to support aircraft at various locations.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, technical expertise, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with Maintenance Control, Engineering, and Flight Operations to minimize downtime and

Qualifications

• Valid EASA Part-66 Licence.
• Hands-on aircraft maintenance experience in aviation.
• Knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations and maintenance practices.
• Legal right to work in Italy.
• Ability to travel internationally (UK, EU, US, others).
• Professional English proficiency (C1).
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform airframe and powerplant repairs, inspections, modifications, and maintenance tasks per procedures and regulations.
• Diagnose aircraft system faults and determine corrective actions to restore airworthiness.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, reassemble, and install aircraft components and systems.
• Conduct functional checks and operational testing after maintenance.
• Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Accurately complete maintenance records and technical documentation.
