Global Anti Bribery Specialist – Maternity Leave Cover

RINA is currently recruiting for a Global Anti Bribery Specialist - Maternity Leave Cover to join its office in Genoa (Italy) within the Global ESG & Compliance Division.

Mission

The Global Anti Bribery Specialist will support the Global Sustainability and Compliance Executive Director in ensuring that RINA anti bribery management complies with the standard ISO 37001. This role includes developing and maintaining the anti bribery organisational model, promoting the continuous improvement of the management system and its extension of scope, accordingly with materiality assessment, monitoring and coordinating all related activities, from auditing to reporting. The Global Anti Bribery Specialist will also contribute to the spread of the anti bribery and integrity culture throughout the Group.

Key Accountabilities
Anti Bribery management system
  • Contribute to ensure compliance of RINA Anti Bribery management system with the ISO Standard 37001.
  • Develop and maintain the assessment of bribery related risks.
  • Monitor and suggest updates to organizational models to promote continuous improvement.
  • Policy and Procedure Development: support development and maintenance of RINA Anti Bribery Policy.
  • Ensure procedures include adequate controls to mitigate bribery risks.
Training and Awareness
  • Assist in producing training materials to educate staff on anti bribery management system.
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in compliance, legal, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Italian Legislative Decree 231/01 and ISO 37001:2016 is preferred.
  • Experience in developing or assisting in compliance systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and anti-bribery management.
  • Effective communication and advisory skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and a proficient level of English are mandatory.
