A leading company in the outdoor sports industry is seeking a Sales Manager for their After Market Sales team in Italy. The role involves overseeing distributor and dealer relationships to achieve sales goals, driving commercial policies, and managing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience and a degree in Marketing. Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential, and proficiency in Italian is a plus. This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.

Competenze

• Fluent in English; Italian and a third language is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• Min. 2 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in Outdoor/Sport Industries.

• Drive commercial policies and sales actions in international markets.
