Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 39 hours / week

About the Role :

As a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist , youll work with German agencies and small-to-medium businesses to launch and optimize online advertising campaigns , using Google Ads solutions. Youll become a trusted consultant for new advertisers, helping them build visibility, reach the right audience, and drive measurable success.

This is a target-driven role , but dont worryyoull be trained, supported, and part of a friendly onboarding team that grows together.

What You'll Do :

Guide new advertisers through their first Google Ads campaigns

Engage with clients via phone and email, building strong relationships

Understand each clients goals and tailor strategies to their needs

Upsell and drive campaign sustainability based on performance data

Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the onboarding process

What Were Looking For :

️ Native-level German and strong English skills

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or similar (or strong interest / passion in digital marketing)
