Ready to take your sales and marketing skills to the next level? We’re looking for a German-speaking Sales Specialist with a passion for digital advertising (Google Ads, online campaigns, performance marketing) to join our international team in sunny Barcelona.

Relocation bonus available for candidates moving from abroad. Hybrid work options offered.

What you’ll do
  • Be the trusted advisor for small and medium businesses, helping them succeed through Google Ads and online campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business goals and offering tailored advertising solutions.
  • Spot opportunities to grow client accounts, from upselling campaigns to optimizing ad performance.
  • Use data and insights to provide strategic recommendations that drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure clients achieve long‑term success.
What we’re looking for
  • Fluent German (C1+) and strong English (B2+).
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing (Google Ads knowledge is a big plus!).
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to turn client needs into impactful solutions.
  • Confident using tools like Salesforce, Excel, or digital ad platforms.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and excited about working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
