Nordicrecruiters is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team in Milan. You will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, delivering friendly and efficient support with a customer-first mindset.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across borders, help maintain high service standards, and participate in process improvements. Prior customer support experience is welcome but not required, and a relocation package is offered.
