We are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our Contact Centre team in the Vacuum Product Division of Agilent. This is your chance to be part of a successful team of multi-lingual and trained Customer Care technicians who are delivering day-to-day online support services for Agilent’s Vacuum customers in EMEA. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding customers’ problems, recommending solutions to meet their needs and providing remote technical support to clients located in Europe (and especially Germany & Austria) using remote diagnostic capabilities.

Your main responsibilities will be :
  • Diagnose remotely customer technical issues on vacuum products - hence resolving customer issues and providing consultation on use of Agilent’s products
  • Perform routine customer technical and non-technical support duties using prescribed procedures.
  • Comply to company processes, including complaint handling that support Agilent's goal of providing extraordinary customer support
  • Predict parts required for repair
  • Work closely with field and repair centre teams
  • Work on non-technical support assignments with clearly defined objectives
  • Leverage post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities, book transactional sales opportunities, and provide highly qualified leads to sales

This role is based in our Leinì offices (Torino). We can offer flexibility and the possibility to work from home (hybrid model) some days per week according to business needs.

Qualifications
  • Full proficiency in both German and English, and at least basic level of Italian.
  • A technical / engineering degree would be a strong advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Any experience in customer support / service and SAP is a plus.
  • Computer literacy, especially with MS office tools.

On a personal level, you are service & customer minded, organised and naturally curious. You also have great communication skills to interact with many internal partners and clients. You enjoy solving problems and working both autonomously as much as part of a team.
