A leading international company in Torino is seeking a German-speaking Customer Care Specialist. In this full-time role, you will provide remote technical support and diagnose customer issues related to vacuum products. We are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our Contact Centre team in the Vacuum Product Division of Agilent. This is your chance to be part of a successful team of multi-lingual and trained Customer Care technicians who are delivering day-to-day online support services for Agilent’s Vacuum customers in EMEA. In this position, you will be responsible for understanding customers’ problems, recommending solutions to meet their needs and providing remote technical support to clients located in Europe (and especially Germany & Austria) using remote diagnostic capabilities.
This role is based in our Leinì offices (Torino). We can offer flexibility and the possibility to work from home (hybrid model) some days per week according to business needs.
On a personal level, you are service & customer minded, organised and naturally curious. You also have great communication skills to interact with many internal partners and clients. You enjoy solving problems and working both autonomously as much as part of a team.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
