Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Sales Representative in Barcelona to identify opportunities, engage clients, and drive growth with tailored digital solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, achieve targets, and receive world-class training.

Initial relocation support and extensive onboarding in Google Ads and sales methodologies are provided, with a competitive salary and a performance-based bonus.

Competenze

• Fluent German (C1 or higher) with strong English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–12 months experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management.
• Outbound or cold sales experience is a strong advantage.
• Authorized to work in Spain.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
• Experience in outbound or cold sales is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
• Valid authorization to work in Spain.
• Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
