STMicroelectronics in Italy is seeking a technical lead for Generative AI in SoC and IP functional verification, with a focus on AI-driven verification flows and embedded software validation.

You will collaborate with design, verification, embedded software, and EDA teams to deploy AI tools, ensure guardrails, and advance scalable AI-augmented verification across RTL and software environments.

Competenze

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience in SoC and/or IP functional verification and RTL design.
• Hands-on verification with UVM-based environments and embedded software execution on SoCs.

Mansioni

• Drive the introduction and industrialization of Generative AI in SoC and IP functional verification with emphasis on verification flows.
• Lead and contribute to AI-driven test generation, AI-assisted UVM collateral generation, and coverage improvement.
• Define guardrails for safe AI use in verification and collaborate across design, verification, and EDA teams.
