Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter Como in Italy

THE MISSION

As General Manager you are the inspiration for your team to create a positive and stimulating environment focused on teamwork.

You are the leader of a team of one hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience through a welcoming quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create. Mama must be in good hands with you.

You will also develop special relationships with customers and local businesses by delivering the Mama experience to them as well.

While maintaining high standards in our rooms / ateliers and standards in food services health and safety you ensure the profitability of Mama through revenue generation and cost control.

Behind the scenes you analyze sales figures and control expenses. You manage and forecast budgets as well as financial plans.

In order to achieve these objectives you collaborate with headquarters especially on reporting results as well as e-marketing and media campaigns.

Qualifications : MADE FOR YOU ONLY IF
  • You have an ability to adapt to all challenges remaining calm in an offbeat environment with a large customer flow.
  • You have had a similar experience with team management of at least 100 people.
  • You know how to identify talents and develop them; red chair and buzzer : its your turn!
  • You are flexible in your schedule. Your working hours will be determined according to the needs of the business.
  • You want to be at the heart of the action with your team and not alone at your desk.
  • You have a knack for business development and youre an experienced Manager.
