We are now seeking a results‑driven and people‑focused General Manager to lead the team and ensure our hotel continues to deliver operational excellence and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of daily hotel operations, ensuring alignment with Hilton brand standards and Apex Alliance goals.
  • Approve departmental budgets and guide financial planning, forecasting, and scorecard performance.
  • Drive profitability, service quality, and employee engagement across all departments.
  • Oversee sales and marketing activity; contribute to commercial strategy and business development.
  • Represent the hotel in guest interactions, handling feedback with professionalism and care.
  • Lead the Executive Committee and Department Heads to meet or exceed service and revenue objectives.
  • Hire, coach, and develop department leaders, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Build strong working relationships with ownership, aligning on strategic plans and long‑term vision.
  • Actively collaborate with corporate teams to implement policies and contribute feedback on brand‑wide initiatives.
Supportive Functions
  • Represent the hotel at industry and community events.
  • Maintain relationships with local educational institutions and support hospitality outreach.
  • Participate in Hilton and Apex Alliance meetings and development initiatives.
  • Use hotel systems for effective planning, reporting, and team communication.
Candidate Profile
  • Strong track record in hotel operations, ideally with 5+ years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in revenue management, guest satisfaction, and team development.
  • Deep knowledge of hotel financials, operations, sales & marketing, and HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
  • Confident in managing multiple priorities, leading diverse teams, and working with ownership and corporate stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with hands‑on leadership style and commitment to Hilton values.
