G.M. International is seeking a General Ledger Accountant for its Villasanta, Monza and Brianza, Italy operations.

The role requires solid accounting and administrative experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing the monthly trial balance, accruals, budgeting-related tasks, and coordinating with other departments to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

Competenze

Solid, proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Plan, coordinate, and manage administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Manage scheduling, office calendar, and deadlines.
Monitor office supplies and purchasing aligned with budget controls.
Oversee facility services and vendor relationships.
