A leading consultancy in gender equality is seeking Specialists in Gender Equality for a project-based consultant pool. Candidates with significant experience in Gender Equality are encouraged to apply. This position provides access to various project opportunities across Europe, although inclusion does not guarantee immediate assignment.

Competenze

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.I experts.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.II experts.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience for Cat.III experts.

Mansioni

• Creating a pool of Gender Equality experts for ETF projects.
• Contacted for specific assignments as they arise.

About the Opportunity :

We are creating a pool of Gender Equality experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements :

• Education at least Master's Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Gender Equality for Cat.I experts;
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Gender Equality for Cat.II experts;
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Gender Equality for Cat.III experts;
• Very good command of English.
