An HR tech startup is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to own end-to-end ML systems. You will design and maintain machine learning platforms tailored for skill assessments, collaborate closely with psychologists and engineers, and optimize model performance. Strong experience with AWS, ML engineering, and good communication skills are essential. The role offers competitive compensation and a remote work option within the EU timezone.

Competenze

• 7+ years experience in ML engineering/ML-Ops delivering production ML products.
• 3+ years practical experience training and deploying GenAI/LLMs in production.
• Strong production experience on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, etc.).
• Fluency in English (C1) and strong communication for collaboration.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ML platforms and pipelines.
• Develop and deploy LLMs and GenAI services for assessment tasks.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and A/B testing for model performance.
• Ensure data and model governance: lineage, access controls, privacy safeguards.
