Moncler announces a 6-month, full-time academy program in Milan focused on garment construction, prototyping, pattern making, industrialization and quality control. You will work closely with industry experts to gain hands-on experience.

The internship welcomes a passion for sewing, teamwork and a proactive attitude, with practical opportunities to learn and grow in a fashion manufacturing environment. Monthly stipend and meal perks are provided.

Competenze

• Passion for sewing, fashion and tailoring.
• Practical, hands-on attitude.
• Strong interest in learning new techniques and applying them in a professional environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a collaborative learning environment.
• Previous experience in sewing or a creative field is considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Learn fundamental and advanced techniques in garment construction and sewing.
• Gain familiarity with fabrics, materials and sewing tools, including the use of industrial sewing machines for the production of down jackets and other outerwear.
• Support and learn the prototype development process.
• Participate in quality control activities for sample garments and contribute to any required modifications.
