A leading FX brokerage in Milan is seeking a Trade Reconciliation & Payment Operations Analyst. This role will involve managing daily trade reconciliations, supporting payment operations, and ensuring accurate post-trade processes. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a finance-related degree, and strong proficiency in FX products. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits, with some remote work flexibility.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in trade reconciliation and/or settlements within a financial institution or FX brokerage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform daily reconciliation of FX Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, and Option trades.
• Support the processing and settlement of FX transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Conoscenze

Strong understanding of FX products

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication skills in English

Detail-oriented

Ability to work under pressure

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
