COIMA is seeking an Analyst in its Fund & Asset Management team to contribute to managing high-profile assets and funds. You will support development, financing, leasing, and ESG integration while preparing governance reports and financial analyses.

The role requires a university degree in Economics/Finance/Real Estate, 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling skills, and fluency in English. A collaborative approach and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Competenze

• University degree in Economics, Financial Markets, or Real Estate Management.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the real estate or financial sectors, asset management, development projects, tenant management, leasing, and financing.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a quantitative aptitude.
• ESG awareness focusing on sustainability metrics and SFDR framework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with automated reporting and data analysis solutions.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with willingness to educate and share knowledge.

Mansioni

• Prepare reports and documentation for governance stakeholders, including Investment Committees and BoD, with financial models and presentations.
• Assist in negotiating and analyzing leasing contracts and their financial impact on business plans.
• Support evaluation of asset disposal scenarios and structuring of new investment vehicles.
• Liaise with third parties including managers, brokers, lenders, and appraisers.
• Analyze investment opportunities, market trends, and macro contexts to inform strategies.
• Participate in property inspections and market tours, including travel if needed.
• Monitor ESG KPIs and work with sustainability team on COIMA metrics.
