Qonto is seeking a Backend Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable services and APIs for a high-traffic fintech product. You will work in a large cross-functional Product Engineering team, shaping architecture, resilience and performance.

You will mentor peers and own core parts of the platform while delivering high-quality code. Expect a fast-growing environment with strong customer focus and opportunities to grow into technical leadership across Go, Ruby, Kotlin and mobile

As a Backend Engineer at Qonto, you build polished, scalable services and APIs that power a banking product used by tens of thousands of users. You join a large, cross-functional Product Engineering team and help shape architecture, resilience and performance. You’ll contribute to a high-velocity, quality-driven delivery culture while mentoring peers and owning key parts of the platform.
