Job summary

Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain a web-based thermal calculation tool. You will work in a Scrum team of engineers globally, using Angular for frontend and C#/.NET Core for backend, with SQL Server as the data store.

The role requires 3+ years of experience with .NET Core REST APIs and Angular 2+, plus strong OOP, testing, and DevOps capabilities.

Qualifications

Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree or related field.
3+ years designing and developing .NET Core REST Web APIs using C#, EF Core, and SQL Server.
3+ years building SPAs with Angular 2+ including RxJS, TypeScript, HTML and SCSS.
Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID, design patterns and testing.
Experience with Git, CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Azure DevOps).
Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop Web Services and APIs (.NET Framework/Core) to meet product requirements.
Design frontend applications with Angular for performance and extensibility.
Query, verify, and update data from SQL Server databases.
Review existing solutions and implement design improvements.
Collaborate with product owner and architect to ensure high code quality.
Support DevOps processes to ensure reliable builds and deployments.
Manage releases and deployment servers.
Evaluate new tech, tools, and POCs as appropriate.
Work in an Agile Scrum team.
