A pre-seed tech startup in Milan is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and develop technical MVPs, integrate Generative AI models, and contribute to a cohesive system. This entry-level role offers an equity package during the pre-seed phase with no monetary compensation for the first 6–8 months. Ideal candidates are self-driven and ready to make a real impact in an innovative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design and develop thetechnical MVPsof the ecosystem modules
• IntegrateGenerative AI models, logic orchestration, and interactive systems
• Build and structure thebackend architectureand, if possible, part of the frontend
• Experiment withadaptive scoring and logic systems, in collaboration with the psychometrics team
• Contribute to thetechnical vision and scalabilityof the product
• Work side-by-side with the founder and external validation partners (universities, companies, advisors)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Experience withmodular, distributed, or data‑driven architectures
• Ability to workfrom scratchwith autonomy and critical thinking
• Vision: the ability to see beyond the code and build toward a cohesive system

• Experience withGenerative AI modelsorinteractive environments
• Real experience infull‑stack development(frontend + backend, specialization welcome)
