Business Integration Partners in Rome, Lazio, Italy is seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our Team in Milan as Developers. You have a proven passion for writing software, with knowledge of at least one frontend stack and one backend stack.

Proficiency in React.js and Node.js (or React.js and Java) plus Next.js, Express.js, SpringBoot or Quarkus is preferred. You will collaborate across teams to build robust solutions for global brands, leveraging Docker and cloud-native practices,

Competenze

• Proven passion for writing software and at least one frontend stack and one backend stack.
• Experience with React.js and Node.js or React.js and Java.
• Knowledge of modern frameworks (Next.js, Express.js, SpringBoot or Quarkus).
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native development; AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, relational/NoSQL databases, OOP and design patterns.
• English proficiency and collaboration with design and other teams.

Job Description: We're looking for passionate Full Stack Engineers to join our Team in Milan as Developers. Required skills: Passion. You have a proven passion for writing software. As a full stack, we require knowledge of at least one frontend stack and one backend stack. Preferably React.js and Node.js or React.js and Java. A real interest in solid architectures and clean code. Preferably organizing your code with framework like Next.js, Express.js, SpringBoot or Quarkus. Bored of repetitive tasks. You have knowledge of CI/CD automation. Strong bases. You've got a solid knowledge of relational databases, noSQL databases, design patterns and Object Oriented programming. You develop, maintain and execute automated tests. Overall vision. You have the ability to look at projects as a whole, working closely with the Design team thanks to your UX sensibility, and the other team members thanks to your understanding of integration processes. Proficient in English. You read and write proficiently and speak at a conversational level. Additional skills: Development skills on other stacks, in Vidiemme we mainly work with: React.js and Angular on frontend;Swift and Kotlin on mobile;Node.js, SpringBoot and Quarkus on backend. Experience with Docker and cloud native development. Experience with one of the main Cloud Provider (AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of GraphQL query language. Experience working with Agile principles, in particular using Scrum framework and/or Kanban methodology. Contributed to any cool OpenSource project.

You will be entrusted with a project and you will take care of it from the beginning to the end, with full commitment and responsibility on your scope, supporting and leading your colleagues when needed. You will be in direct contact with other Team members and with the Customer. You will have the possibility to contribute directly to the growth of the team, proposing solutions, technologies to be adopted and improving our guidelines and stack.
