Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist at Palazzo Nainer Boutique Hotel in Rome. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing front office tasks, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
