From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are looking for a passionate Front Office Manager for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca, in the heart of Milan. This role will lead the Front Office team in delivering outstanding guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Main responsibilities
  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Lead the Front Office team in providing personalized, high-quality service, in line with luxury hotel standars.
  • Manage guest arrivals, departures, in-stay interactions and special requests
  • Supervise reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and daily financial transactions
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments to meet guest needs
  • Resolve guest concerns with a proactive and empathetic approach, ensuring highest leve lof satisfaction.
  • Train, schedule, and motivate the front office team, fostering a dynamic and positive work environment.
  • Promote upselling opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
  • Maintain full knowledge of the hotel, its offerings, and local experiences
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Front Office leadership role within 5
  • luxury hotels or lifestyle hospitality
  • Experience in luxury Suites & Residences operations will be considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service and personalized experiences
  • Solid knowledge of PMS systems and front office operations
