A leading hotel chain in Sassari, Italy, seeks a Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, a hospitality degree, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud is preferred. This role is vital for maintaining quality and efficiency in hotel operations.

Your role is key to ensure the department's efficiency. The Front Office Manager is responsible for the administration and management of all Front Office Operations to ensure profitability, control costs and quality standards to guarantee total guest satisfaction.
Conduct ongoing training with existing team members and ensure that new team members are certified as required
Ensure a high level of product knowledge and area knowledge within the Front of House Team – be personally confident to perform hotel site inspections for walk in clients.
